Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

Resolution options include:

  • Complimentary replacement arrangement
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

Reporting Quality Issues

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the arrangement
  • Describe the specific issue in detail
  • Include your order number and delivery date

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution quickly.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary based on timing:

More than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund available

12-24 hours before delivery: 50% refund available

Less than 12 hours before delivery: No refund available

Same-day orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Order Modifications

We understand that plans change. Order modifications may be possible if:

  • Requested at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery
  • Requested changes are available
  • Any price differences are settled before delivery

Modifications for same-day or next-day orders cannot be guaranteed as arrangements may already be in production.

Delivery-Related Issues

Delivery issue resolutions:

  • Incorrect address provided: Customer responsible for redelivery fees
  • Recipient unavailable: We will attempt contact and may leave in a safe location
  • Delivery refused by recipient: No refund issued
  • Delivery error by us: Free redelivery or full refund

Flower Substitutions

Due to the natural seasonality and availability of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic, color palette, and style. If you have specific requirements or preferences, please note them when ordering.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Natural variations in flower appearance, size, or color
  • Personal taste or style preferences
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Flowers not cared for properly after delivery
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Special Event Orders

Orders for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale installations have specific terms:

  • Non-refundable deposit required to secure your date
  • Final payment due 7 days before the event
  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for partial refund consideration
  • Final changes must be confirmed 7 days before the event

Flower Care Instructions

To maximize the longevity of your arrangement:

  • Change water every 2 days and trim stems at an angle
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts
  • Maintain in a cool environment when possible
  • Remove wilted blooms and leaves promptly
  • Use flower food if provided

Proper care significantly extends flower life. Detailed care instructions are included with every delivery.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
